The actual work was great, but I really dislike making the drop off process. I made an appointment for 7:30, I was in line at 7:15, my appointment was at 7:30. I was still in line at 7:30. My husband went to ask someone where we need to go, and I was in the wrong line. That whole mess of a drop off for service, is broken and I was really displeased with that process.
