Today was my first time going to Hardin Honda for service and I was pleased. You guys were quick. I wish the woman who scheduled my visit over the phone had told me about the "Express Service" across the street.I waited in line for 25 minutes and noticed all these cars driving to the express service. I asked a service guy that was walking around and he told me the service area across the street was just for oil changes,tire rotations,etc. I immediately got out of the line and drove across the street. I think the service gal's name was Brianna. People need to be told there are TWO service areas. One for quick stuff like oil changes, and the other one for engine work, turning rotors, rotor replacements, or major stuff. The woman I talked to on the phone was supposed to text me back to let me know if a driver side seat belt was in stock so I could get mine replaced. She never did. (There's a recall on them.) Mine has unlatched itself over a dozen times in the last 3 years and I need it replaced asap. Get back to me please. Thank you.
