My appointment was for 7am and I was on time. Phone message said I would be status of Priority. Mr Ayala said that I'd receive a call as to what they found about the car.At 10:15am made 2 attempts to reach him. My call's went to voice mail.10:37am got a text that he was trying to reach me.My phone log showed 1 call in from Hardin Honda. I made 9 return calls, spoke 2 time to Brianna receptionist to please have service manager call and give me a update. I needed to to arrange for a ride to get my car but to find out what was the problem if it was the breaks or not. 12:36pm Mr Ayala told me car would be ready between 3-3:30pm. Dissatisfied that I wasn't given a update call as promised on my car and I had to make so many call to get info as to what problem and time it would be ready. Marilyn A
