I am a regular customer and your services and staff are great. I was satisfied , but we had an incident with a young man who started cussing out another customer and I intervened by asking him to stop. He turned on me and threaten to kick my ****. He was completely inappropriate and felt entitled to treat people with disrespect. My concern was my safety and your manager addressed his behavior and he stopped. Upon paying to leave he came outside and again threatened violence. I am suggesting that you r staff is trained and you have a protocol to address these unfortunate Incidents.

I took my car for first oil change on my 2023 Accord. The next day it would not start. It took 4 weeks to get a battery. Thanks to me reaching out to the GM, the service manager was able to “miraculously” get a battery within two days.
