Car was towed in on 1/5. I tried calling that afternoon many times but nobody was answering phone. 1/6 I spoke to John who did not know my car was there. He stated that they could look at my car on 1/8. One week after being serviced, I never got an explanation why my car was in system failure. One week later, I have a new battery.
