Adrian (service) and Guillermo (parts) were both pleasant to deal with....professional yet personable. Even though I thought the price of the window glass was outrageous, and the labor cost exorbitant, it wasn't their fault, yet they each took time to listen to my whining about it. At the end of the day, the job was done beautifully, and sooner than I was told. That's always a good ending.
