Great people, very attentive while I was there, good service. The only issue I had was, I could never get a live person on the phone when I called. It would always ring around to three different things and go to some woman’s voicemail. I would think there would be more people around to pick up the phones during normal business hours. I must’ve called over there five or six times and never got a single person to pick up.

David was really helpful. He started by greeting me and asking what I was in for. Following that before even giving me a price David looked up my account finding that I had HONDA PASS and reassured me that due my enrollment in HP no fees were applied for todays services. He called me immediately after my car was ready and helped me out with scheduling an appointment to resolve another issue. He even went a step further letting me know what days are best since I could not leave my vehicle at the shop as it is my only form of transportation. Thanks you again David!
