Cezar was very good. I think he did the best he could. There is a fan motor part that I need for my 2012 Odyssey. Apparently this part is unavailable anywhere. So for a $160 part am I supposed to scrap my van? Very poor customer service for a long time Honda owner. Also when I called your dealership phone number three times it went to voice mail not letting me contact anyone.

Could not fix a flat tire with adaquate tread and small nail in the center of tire?? Tried to sell my daughter a new tire for $320. No thanks and disappointed since we have brought our Honda there since 2018 for all service. We Fixed the puncture at Goodyear for $20 no questions asked.

The service on my oil change was great. My issue was another problem I had with my car and I asked about it. He answered my question and gave me a rough estimate but it was too expensive so I told him I'd come back later.
I took it to another automotive place. They could not fix it but suggested I call my insurance. I didn't even think of that. All this to say, I wish Adrian had suggested the same thing. Would have saved me a trip to a different place.
