Hi I went in for my free oil change and spent 4 hours waiting to not get it done they said the dip screw was supposedly tight which was not then they tried to charge me 200 if it broke I went to another oil change business and said nothing was wrong got it done in 20 min today my experience today was horrible at the fast service was going to also pay for my motor fluid but after they said I needed to pay 200 extra for something small I just didn’t want to waist more time honestly is there anything to make up my experience for today

I never talked to my service person for almost 4 hours when I was told 2 hours. The cost of the diagnostics was too high. The cost of the repair was extremely expensive. I am getting quotes from other shops before I have it fixed. I have always had my car fixed at Harden Honda but now I will always get quotes somewhere else. I have already found a repair shop that quoted a price that is half the cost of your shop

My Accord was in the shop with Cezar due to VSA Solenoid Valve Malfunction in July and fixed in September 2023. My car was brought back with the lights on as I drove back to Hardin Honda. Cezar was very on top of things to figure out what was going on with my car. He eliminated everything. It turned out that it was the battery. I am very pleased with his performance.
