I had an appointment and the service techs were running behind., so I was told there were 3 cars ahead of me at my appointment time. I was told my car would be done in 2 hours, even after they sold me some additional services. My car was finally finished after 3.25 hours, making me late to pick up my child from school. The car runs great. Adrian was very nice. I know it wasn’t his fault everything was running behind, but it put me in a bind. That’s why I made the appointment in the first place. The kicker was when I went up to pay and had to wait another 10 minutes for that. I’d love to have been able to pay either upfront or while waiting for a final inspection so I could just grab the keys and run. For an initial oil change appointment, I ended up waiting half a workday. But again, I don’t think Adrian was the problem per se. It was mismanaged expectations. Had I known I’d have to spend that long waiting, I would have made other arrangements.
