I had a large noise happen twice on my brand new car. Once it happened very loudly, the night that I drove it home. When I took it in, they said they couldn't duplicate it and that there was nothing wrong.
Cesar was fine and made everything pleasant. He went above and beyond to help and did his research. My disappointment isn't in your service department whatsoever, it's been in the car that had an issue the night that I purchased it. One other time it made a noise as well, but that wasn't nearly as loud or jarring as the one on the night of my purchase.
There's no need to contact me. I've given you guy a 5 star review on Google and I stand behind that. I'm unsure what is wrong with the car, but I know that if I have other things happen, that I can get the help I need because of the warranty, good service, etc.
Appreciate your company very much. Again, no need to contact me but if there's a recall or something wrong with all the Honda Odysseys, I'd like to be informed so I can get it repaired and have peace of mind, moving forward. Thanks so much for everything and Merry Christmas!!
