Service fine. Disappointed in Honda for not having the parts needed to fix our Honda, with no ideal when parts will be available. This is our third Honda the first two no problems, now?? Was thinking of upgrading our Pilot, now going to wait an see. Have heard you are having issues with this model too. Will wait to see how long it takes to get our CRV FIXED.

We brought in our Honda Pilot today (11/28/2023) to have the sensors checked because we were trying to get our car smogged, but after driving the vehicle for 320 miles only 2 of the sensors had reset. The initial problem was that we brought our car in for a recall repair, because the DMV said it wound be required before they would renew our registration. We did that , but apparently they had to reset the computer to do the repair so this shut down all of the above mentioned sensors. We were charged 192.00 to reset the remaining 2 sensors. (2 of them did reset) We don’t feel this was right since this problem was initiated as a result of resolving the recall issue, and we had driven the vehicle well over 300 miles in an effort to reset all of the sensors. We paid the 192.00 and we were finally able to get our car’s smog certificate renewed. It should be noted that your dealership has taken care of our Honda for over 6 years now, and we have always been very pleased with the quality of the service that you have provided to us, until today.
