I came in for a B12 service which was for only engine oil/filter change along with a tire rotation and replacement of both the engine air filter and cabin air filter. In the statement that the technician who worked on my car wrote that I asked to “check the AC”, but I did NOT ask them to check it. It was blowing cold air perfectly fine before being worked on now it blows warm air even after having the AC on for awhile. I never even received a text or a call for an update or anything asking about this situation. I was not notified about this issue until I went to go check on the status of my car over 4 hours after I dropped it off and that’s when they told me there was a leak. I don’t appreciate things done to my car without my consent, and now my ac is not working. Looking forward to speak with a representative about this issue.
