I brought my car in to be inspected paid close to $400 for labor?!!! only to get my car back broken, the mechanics broke what needed fixing even more. And I wish they would have fixed it better, it was not fixed, I’m driving my car around more broken than it was before I dropped it off at this service department. Nobody cares at this service department anymore. I don’t even know what the point is for the survey is. Do better please if you’re going to charge this much money for just an inspection. If you actually cared for your customers you would have the courtesy to check up on your customers to make sure it’s fixed before you take our money.

We showed up for a free oil change that came when we purchased the car a few months ago, and we're told we needed to change the fluid in the rear differential. the car had 9,000 miles on it.
