I had a coupon for the oil change which took almost 50% longer than was

I was a little uneasy with the representation that I had a minor leak
in the right rear tire and it needed a patch
Not sure if this was just to make up for the coupon but it just seemed
a little disengenous. I might be completely wrong on this but just the
sense I got.

As I have said on countless occasions when Chris has been involved with the service of any of my 3 Honda Crvs, he provides phenomenal service!! I enjoy taking my cars in, as Chris is always friendly and personable! Further, he is the master of overperforming while giving realistic expectations. On this last visit on 11-11, I arrived mid-morning and asked Chris if I could get the car back by 2. Chris said he would see what he could do. I recd the car at 2, more than 1 hour before I needed. Always a great experience!!!

I’ve said it in past reviews but Hardin employees should be the model for all car dealerships and should train at other dealerships. Everyone is always friendly polite helpful.
