Our experience with Cezar was extremely disappointing. From his repeated lack of follow up and poor communication to the inability to problem solve. We did not feel valued as a customer at any step of the process.
The last straw happened the afternoon that the car was supposed to be ready and the technician made a mistake during the installation of one of the parts. We got a call from Cezar to let us know the car was not going to be ready for another 4 days because he didn’t have a technician to work on the car on Saturday. No offer for a courtesy vehicle, find another technician… We literally had to drive 35 miles to the dealership to talk to him in person and walked him through finding a courtesy vehicle for us since he didn’t call as he said he would.
We have been taking our car to Chris with the Express Service team for many, many years and I recommend them to everyone. Unfortunately, Cezar and the full service department treat customers with completely different standards. What a shame!

It took forever for the representative to answer my questions. I left the chat twice because I had no patience waiting for the answer from the chat representative.

Pues muy mal servicio desde las seis 50 estuve ahí para un cambio de aceite de mi carro y me lo entregaron hasta las 11:30 y eso que fui a preguntarles que si ya estaba el carro porque no tuvieron la dicha ni de hablarme cinco horas esperando a mi carro no sé si sea justo eso no se porque si es porque no latino porque llegaron más y a todos los demás estaban atendiendo menos a mí por un cambio de aceite cinco horas y luego ni siquiera me hablaron nunca me había pasado apenas que me atendieron se me hizo muy mal el servicio la verdad cinco horas esperando mi carro cuando antes por lo mucho que tarda o esperar mi carro son dos horas y yo a las cinco horas muy mal servicio para el cambio de aceite cinco horas todo el día perdida y pues ya está mi día de trabajo
