I was the second vehicle in line 6:30 am. For oil change and I had issue with USB connection. Gerry stated oil change will be quick but USB will take a couple of hours. I call Gerry at 10:30 because I notice paper work stated vehicle estimate 4:pm. I call and stated to Gerry no I need vehicle sooner since my mom had pass away 1week ago and I had funeral business to take care of. Gerry stated vehicle wasn’t ready that oil change hadn’t been done do to USB issue to longer. Not Acceptable!

Juan auala was excellent. But the other service attendants. I don't know why they don't assigned somebody to keep track of who got there first. Because they don't pay attention who's first and they take others first and is not fair that some of us are waiting in the front and we het to be second or third.
