I took my car in for a repair that should’ve been covered by a warranty. I told him that the car should be covered under extended warranty because I have a CPO model vehicle from Honda. He said he couldn’t find anything in the system and that my car warranty was expired Said that service is not covered. Quoted me $5500 had it not been for me reaching out to other dealerships with better knowledge of the warranty system I would’ve paid hard and Honda $5500 to fix a problem that should be free very dissatisfied with the knowledge of the employees especially when that should be one of the main training points of their job and other words hard and Honda would’ve stolen over $5000 from me Had I’ve been trusting in their word

Car was brought in with complaint of VVT oil leak and I told service guy that. He wrote down and diagnosed VTC which was already diagnosed and repaired in 2017 . I was charged 192 diagnostic fee for not Even addressing my complaint of oil leak and I made appointment for on Tuesday for Friday and car was held till Monday before even getting looked at. Why have an appointment??
