Guy that was helping wasn’t that knowledgeable nor did he gave me any paper work afterwards about what’s wrong with the car. Very overpriced for service work.

My CRV is a 2004 and the engine light stays on. The Honda tech determined that two pre-formed hoses were leaking. Unfortunately for me the hoses are no longer available. The car runs great except that it now cannot pass the smog test. So I must now sell the car or junk it. So Hardin did the best they could and I appreciate the effort.

I was appreciative of the free oil change, but was surprised when told I needed new tires. I purchased 4 tires 2 years ago, ~ 20,000 miles ago. The warranty was for 5 years or 50,000 miles. I was told that since my driving was mostly city type driving, the tires wear quicker; yet, when I check my travel log, most of my miles are freeway. Unsure how to proceed at this point. The other thing was that one tire was said to have a slow leak that was not repairable... but not told why it could not be repaired. Guess a new tire is required... not sure if this falls under any warranty either. Again, not exactly sure how to proceed.

You fix the issues good job but you customer service need to be re-train my car had 3 issues when I walk in , the desk person explain to me they had fix the car but the desk person was no aware of the 3rd issue which was the stereo it was malfunctioning I ask what about the stereo he said what about the stereo , I said it was malfunctioning he look at the report again and said o yea they fix the stereo to ,
The person who deliver the car to us he just drop it an walk away he was not polite enough to ask if that was our car in other places the ask hi is this your car and the hand the keys to us this employee of yours just dropped the car
