Darren was very helpful and knowledgeable. Darren's positive attitude was uplifting this morning and he and his team were able to service my car quickly. I am looking forward to returning to Hardin Honda to service my vehicles with Darren and the team. Although there was a line of vehicles waiting to check in, Darren took his time to make a positive impact on my day.

My 8 am appointment took 3 hrs. I and others would have liked to use the complimentary coffee machine. It didn't have hot chocolate or cream for coffee. I asked Ceasar if they had he said he would look that never happened. You may think it a trivial matter but at Buena Park Honda and Miller Toyota they have a personable team of employees.The cashier who cashed me out was way more helpful, personable and thoughtful. I don't remember his name but he made up for what was lacking in Ceasars customer service. M.Ausen
