Very disappointed.didnt get any assistance from homda.when i got the car from hardin they offered me an extended warranty and told me any problem i will have in the engine or amy mechanical problem they will change it and no questions asked.but when the problem comes,now its my fault that i bought a 2nd hand car.very very disappointing

I was greeted nicely and Frank prepared paperwork and my vehicle was promised to be ready at 10:00 am. I had asked Frank how I would be notified that my car was ready, and he stated I would receive a text. By 11:00 I had Not heard from Frank via text or otherwise, so I called to inquire at that time to see when my car would be ready. Frank put me on hold to see if my car was ready, and it was. It was only at this time then that I received the text. Next time, , I would appreciate service in which I do not have to call to inquire. Thank you

Everything went very smoothly, from the drop off to the pick up. The car was ready when Frank said it would be. I did ask him to put the repairs he suggested on the paperwork so I could discuss with my husband. He put some notes on on there but not the recommendations regarding the rear brakes. I wish he would have.

Omar said all keys would work after replacing ignition cylinder. Old keys will not start the car, new keys will not open the doors. When we called back he said that making one key work for ignition & doors would require rekeying the entire car & Honda would not do that. That is not what he told my husband before the work was done.
