Jim is a great advisor. I needed a part which Hardin did not have. The part was found in Santa Ana with minutes left before they closed. He made sure that the part was picked up and back to Hardin so I could have my car before Hardin closed. He also made sure that my car was running great when I picked it up. I know that when Jim tells me something is wrong, I know that he'll make sure the work gets done. He felt bad for the money I needed to spend. I also like that he has Ben working on my car. He has worked on my current Accord and my last Accord. Jim has been my advisor for 15 years and he is the best. Great customer service. I'm very happy to leave my car with him and Hardin.
