Naeil Droubi, my service advisor, was friendly and knowledgeable during what seemed like a busy service day. And honest, which is most important. The shuttle service both ways was such a win. My day ended up being far more productive than expected. Both drivers were friendly and courteous. I also appreciated the text messages that kept me informed of the progress on my car. Thank you.

During the sale of the car to us, the salesman added free every-other oil change throughout the lease. Today, I was told by the service dept that the salesman made a mistake, and it would only be free if we buy/have Hardin peform all of the routine maintenance throughout the lease. The latter detail is a major difference that was not told to us during the sales process.
