Mr.James Marsh was very helpful and polite. He explained to me when I asked why certain lights were showing up on my dashboard. Hardin will benefit having employees like Jim especially if he were put in charge to train other staff when dealing with clients. I have had some not so pleasant experiences at other times. Thank you Mr. Jim for going above n beyond. He even told me that my service was free which I did not even know when I took my car in for service.

The service today was great fast, friendly and helpful. I stoped by yesterday at 5:30pm to the regular service department not the express and they didn't take my car unless I dropped it off although it says they are open unti 7pm I think you should clarify online to verify before driving there if you will be able to get serviced I had to sit in traffic and drive quite a distance from work only to get there and not be able to get my oil change and had to travel again today hoping to get there on time to have my oil change. Again the service today was great! Just suggest you put a note on your service hours.
