Frank Camargo took his time to help me out with my existing situation that I've had with my back up camera since February 2016 . Instead of Frank telling me that there's nothing he can do, he did a little research and ordered a new camera for me. Hopefully this one won't fail me again. This is the 3rd Honda Dealership that I've been to. Hopefully Hardin Honda will be the only one that I will continue to come to. Franks customer service was outstanding. To bad Honda is losing such a great guy. Overall, everyone was professional and friendly. Thank you

Should have checked for part before keeping my car all day! Now I have to spend another whole day when part comes in. Also don't think tech that worked on my satellite radio understood the problem and did not disconnect the battery asi requested to try to fix problem.

I really did not get a resolution. My vehicle has a leak of some sort and after two visits to the dealership for diagnosis and I am told it is a residual problem. The vehicle has never leaked. Chris was good and clearly just passed on the word from the tech however I am not 100% satisfied. I was told to put a piece of cardboard under the vehicle to capture the drip pattern to help with diagnosis. I will be getting a second opinion elsewhere.

Yes what a great experience! My first time at your dealership and I don't know why I went all the way to norm reeves in Cerritos!? I will be coming to u from now on. Closer to home and the stables I go to. Everyone one was so nice and professional. Not stressed out. Lots of knowledge. Really appreciat d the courtesy ride home!
