Today is the labor day long weekend and I understand the service calls were way beyond normal weekend service. Even though I had a appointment, I still need to wait for almost 4 hours to get my recall service. Thanks to David and the lady service manager's special arrangement, I was able to get my car in time so I can pick up my kids without to reschedule another appointment.

The air conditioning in my 2015 Honda Accord Touring with only 9600 miles keeps cutting out. (And it's been 100 degrees out.) They were unable to diagnose it or fix it because he said Honda Technical Support is not open on weekends. I wish I was told that before I brought the car in. He also said I had 20% left on my oil when I had 40%. I'm very disappointed overall.

Overall service was good and I was satisfied with the service I received. Only constructive feedback is that my car was expected to be done by 230, but I didn't get it until closer to 330. Other than that, staff was friendly and helpful. The In-N-out burger was a nice surprise as well.
