I did wait for the shuttle for about an hour and then I was called a Lyft. I understand the dealership was understaffed with porters who are usually there to cover lunch breaks so maybe that's why it happened that way. Otherwise very satisfied with my service!

The only thing I would suggest is that you hire additional shuttle service personnel and an extra van - i had to wait both to be taken home and also to be picked up - in excess of 2 hours. That is one of the main reasons I bought - was for hassle free services and this convenience. Please improve!
