I took my car in for a recall and the notice I received said it would take 1 hour. I called and made an appointment and when I arrived for my appointment I was told it would take 3 hours. I should have been told that on the phone when I made the appointment. I had my baby with me and did not arrange for someone to pick me up because I was not told it would take longer than 1 hour. In the end it worked out and the Service dept arranged for Lyft to take me home, which I greatly appreciated. Everyone was very nice and helpful. There were no problems with the service itself or any employees. But I should have been given a heads up on the length of time it was going to take when I made my appt so that I could have been able to make proper arrangements.
