I waited two hours and twenty four minutes for an oil change. That is hardly express service. No one ever came to get me when my car was finished. I noticed that it parked off to the side and went to the office. My service writer was gone and my paper work was on his desk. The other service located my paper work and completed the transaction. Never a word about the wait.

This is the first time I used express service and I believe this is great idea. But all employees need to buy in. Excellent turn around from technicians, kudos to them. I would have saved around 23 minutes if front desk folks would help customers similar to technicians.

I left at closing after my car was serviced and after a few minutes of driving my tire pressure light came on. I then checked my tire pressure at home to find that all 4 wheels had a different calibration ranging between 32 and 38 which wasn't dangerous but unprofessional in my opinion.

Rodolfo Ayala was professional and followed procedures of explaining what the recall work was inside the building. He asked if I wanted a recommended maintenance practice of flushing the brake lines since the last service was in 2015 when I had gotten the front disk brake pads changed at Honda Hardin. No pressure sales when I said no at this time. No hard sell pressure nor any made up maintenance services since I had checked prior to visiting. For those reasons, Rodolfo was professional and did not push unnecessary repairs which was what I was watching closely for.
