Alfredo called me the day I dropped off the car and explained to me one of the issue they found from test drive, left axle needs to get repaired. I didn't agree to accept the quote and repair right away and asked him to prepare a quote. The. Ext day, some other person tried to call me again and I was busy and don't answe the call. He tried to discuss some issue again. Until 12, thenpronised time, the car is still not ready. Nobody called me to pick it up after I'm leaving the car in the shop for more than 8-9 hours for. 45 min airbag repair. Eventually I have to call back to ask what's going on.
When I pick up, the quote is not included and I have to ask for it. And the quote is not reflecting Alfredo's call with me. It's adding both right side axle and another something else, which trigger my question. If you didn't not discuss with me in the call that I need this repair, why you quote me??
It's not a good way to established trust relationship at all.
I bought my Honda in this dealership and the system doesn't even have my data. Another weird thing.
