It's always advertised that you get a free car wash - and I've gone TWICE and that hasn't been the case. I've been told they were too busy or too booked. I made an appt. got a text it was finished barely after the shuttle dropped me off. My pick up time wasn't for 3 more hours. I'm not saying I deserve a free car wash - I'm just saying - it shouldn't be advertised as a perk if it isn't a perk given.
