I took my car in for a repair regarding the right signal indicator light. I was told the diagnostic inspection would be free if any new installations were to be done on my vehicle, Unfortunately, after the relay control unit was replaced, I was not given the $135 diagnostic fee as a credit towards the overall repair cost. Also, there was no cost breakdown for parts and labor regarding the relay control unit installation. I feel I've been cheated and not given a fair price for the work performed. My trust in Hardin has been greatly diminished and I'll re-consider taking my car in for any repairs in the future.
