Chris Montag is a great Service Manager. Every time I bring in my car he takes the time to listen to my concerns and follows thru on my repair.
My latest visit required a bit of detective work to find the problem. I had a hunch that something was wrong with my car as something seemed amiss.
I had no tangible facts as to what was wrong, I only had a feeling something was not working correctly in my car. Chris listen to my concerns and enlisted one of your great mechanics for help.. After a test drive the mechanic found that indeed something was amiss and knew how to fix the problem. When something is broken it's easy to know what to repair. Both the mechanic and Chris listened to my concern and instead of dismissing my hunch they solved the problem making me a very happy driver. This is the type of service a customer really appreciates. You have a great team that works together to give customers exceptional service. Thank you.
