He went above and beyond in kindness and professionalism. He taught me a feature about my car I didn’t even know I had and gave me a paper print out to remind me of the feature and how to activate it. Very thoughtful and courteous. I will return!

Naeil did a great job on communication on when the car is ready to pick up. However it is your other service area needs to improve. When I called back and requesting for shuttle service the phone kept ranging and no one picked up the phone. I called the second time and finally someone picked up and I requested for shuttle service to pick me up at my work. But the person picked up the phone failed to tell me that the driver was on lunch break. I was waiting and waiting for 1 hour 45mins. Finally I called back and then again no one picked up the phone, I had to call again. When I finally reached someone and told him that I was waiting for shuttle for almost 2 hours and no one came or called. The person said "oh ,the driver was on lunch break and that was why he didn't pick you up right the way!" Well, someone could told me when I scheduled it the very first time! So i dont have to wait for almost 2 hrs for nothing! I was very disappoint with the way these staff communicate with me, a customer. Hopefully someone will read this and improve this communication problem.
