I normally go to the Rancho Santa Margarita Honda for servicing since it’s next to my home, but since Hardin Honda is a mile from my work, I figured just drop my car off before work and pick it up when I get off. I was met by Alfredo a minute after parking. Alfredo made sure everything I needed was taken care of. He wasn’t pushy about which service I should or shouldn’t get; which is refreshing when you already know what service you want done. I was offered a ride back to my work, but declined do to how close my work is. A couple hours later, Alfredo called me saying my ride is ready for pick up when I was. When I arrived back to Hardin, I met Alfredo who let me know everything looked good with my vehicle. Payed up, & drove off extremely pleased with the service at Hardin. My experience with Hardin Honda far exceeds my prior experiences with Rancho Santa Margarita Honda. I will be going to Hardin moving forward!

The only thing that got me a lil disappointed was the “Free car wash” I honestly though they were gonna dry it and do like a good job on that how ever it turned out veing be who had to take it to a car wash right after, other than that people at the desk were really professional and gave me a great experience on my first time at Hardin Honda.
