You need to figure out how to prevent the long line of cars up the street on Saturday mornings. I understand you open the service window at 7:30am, which is great. Once I got to the window, it went as quickly as I would expect so I'm not dissatisfied.
Maybe an express line for owners who have an appointment to minimize waiting?

It was by far the worst experience I came in for service for the first time on my brand new Honda Accord
I received and I am reward program brochure It was a scam it’s dated a free oil change and filter for life if you service the car here but you guys want to charge me $84 every other service that does not make sense and I waited outside for my car to come from the car wash Think I’ll bring in the car on washed I think all we were busy we can’t get to it and this is my first experience at Hardin Honda and the worse I will be contacting the Honnda corporate regarding this matter thank you
