I was promised that I would have my vehicle back by 11am on Friday April 27. At around 11:30 am, I called to see if my vehicle was done since I needed my car to pick up my kids from school. The cashier let me know that Byron was on lunch and would get back to me once he returned. I got a call at 12:10 pm that my car was ready to be picked up. I notified Byron that I needed to be shuttled back and he said he would let them know and it would only take about 10-15 minutes before they picked me up. At 12:45 pm I called and I was told the shuttle was on lunch and would be back by 1:00pm and I would get picked up. Then at 1:40pm I called because no one ever showed up. Mind you my kids get out of school at 2:05. They told me the shuttle was still at lunch and that I would get a lyft. I’m sorry but this is completely unacceptable. If I would have known this would happen, I would have called myself an Uber. I was 10 minutes late to pick up my kids because your department doesn’t seem to care about their customers.

The next morning 4/27/18 the car was dead again. Honda disconnected the relay and AC system that they said drained the battery and released the car because we don’t have $2000+ to replace the AC. Drove the car home without AC. And today I had to take the day off to tow and bring the car back 4/26/18. I expect an accurate diagnosis this time.
