Cezar Melena was so kind and helpful. I'm disabled and had a flare up that day. I couldn't walk to the lobby. Cezar helped me walk to the lobby and even got me a cup of hot chocolate. The only disappointment is the tech could not find the problem. The car won't stop. I almost rearended the car that had stopped in front of me.

My car was jacked up but with no one working on it. I asked the server advisor why? He said was because the tech works on 2 cars at a time. Since I was there waiting for my car that policy just makes a person wait longer. That policy ****. I really don't appreciate it. I will get my work done somewhere else where they might value a customer's time more. Unacceptable.
