You had the part available and were able to work on my problem asap upon having my car towed in from Rossmoor. Their were closer dealerships but I have had great service with Hardin. Rudy has always been honest with my service needs he treats me with respect and he seems very knowledgeable with my car. He tries hard to make me comfortable and safe with any service I need. The other dealers service seem to make me feel like I needed things that I really didn't and so I was paying so much at every service.

Regarding the issue with my car. It’s very unfortunate that the service personnel couldn’t pin point exactly what was wrong with my car. I understand they did what they could but this has been an on going problem that has caused to me to be late for work, late for appointments and sometimes stranded for hours on end. This is my 2nd Honda Accord and I just find it very strange that I’m experiencing these type of issues at such an early stage of the vehicle. Any help or information is greatly appreciated.
