Wish Honda would get the address book issue fixed. Their response for people to use Siri is not a solution. Siri makes mistakes and is undependable. This problem is going on for some people and not others. To top it off it’s been going on for many months.
This comment is not to be reflected back to the fine people at the service center. Those service people have to deal with cranky people like me.

My service was great with the exception of Byron telling me the nail in my tire was unrepairable and recommended i get all new tires costing $850. I took my car to my tire guy and he showed me the tire could be fixed, fixed it and said I didn’t need new tires. So I’m disappointed at the false recommendation from Byron and offended by the upsell he was trying to do. Other than that, my other helpers were awesome and friendly.

I was told the car would be washed while it was there. This was important because I had been ‘mudded’ by a semi a couple days before and there were dried mud streaks down the side of the car. I received a call around noon that the car was getting a final inspection and would be ready when I arrived. I asked if it had been washed, and was told ‘yes’. I arrived to pick up my car about 45-60 minutes later, paid for it, and they brought it up and it still had the dried mud streaks. I asked why it wasn’t washed as I was told it would be, and was told it had been, and the man at the payment desk said ‘I don’t know, I just got here’.
This is nothing new for your dealership. The customer service through Hardin is horrible.
