This was the first time in the six years that I have serviced my car at this location that I felt completely disappointed with the customer service and help received. The service representative who assisted me seemed irritated when asking for explanation of the services my car required. He also seemed bothered when I mentioned I have extended warranty and that he may have to contact them to learn if my services were covered or not. He kept claiming he was the only rep available at 7 AM, but checking in two customers did not merit the unsatisfactory service I received. When calling with an update on my car’s services I was confused as to what I nedeed as he rushed through his explanation. Once more, he seemed annoyed and frustrated at my questions. When calling back to see if he could speak with my husband I was told by a different representative who answered my call in the services department, “that he is a busy man and who knows if I would be able to talk to him”. I found that statement completely unprofessional and rude. I was always confident that I would receive excelllent customer service at Hardin Honda as they claim to be a family, however this recent experience has me disappointed and will consider elsewhere when purchasing my next vehicle. This is the first time I have felt this highly disappointed with Hardin Honda’s service. Byron did not take the time to explain the services, rushed his help, and simply seemed irritated that he had to assist me.

Both Greg in Express and Paul in Service are the best that any Honda Dealer can provide. This is my 8th Honda with my new Crv Ex the most improved ever. We have use another Honda dealer for years now i recommend Hardin. Thanks
