I originally brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a few other minor repairs. Byron called me to explain in full detail with what they found with my car and what I needed to absolutely had to do immediately and what possibly wait until the next trip into Hardin. While I decided to just take care of everything while my car was already in the shop, I appreciated Byron’s honesty and putting my safety
first by letting me know what was absolutely necessary and what was not. He has excellent customer service skills.
