Hi,I was satisfied with the service that I received from alfredo. When I first got there,I went to the Express section across the street. I asked one of the hardin employee that I'm there for an oil change and wanna check something regarding my car. He said for diagnostic, I gotta go across the street. He had a very mocking tone and when I asked how regardung the wait across the street, he had a rude tone and said that it doesnt matter because they cant do the diagnosis at Express. I was only asking for the wait to get an idea on the wait that all. I always come here to do my ool change and today, it kinda got me feeling meh.
I do not wanna give the description of the Person or who it was. Because in the end of the day, who knows what he had mind or if it was all a misunderstanding tone. But I just wanted to give m vuew

my concern is that I received a incomplete mechanical service about a basic inspection and a lost part of a deposit, I went back and somebody helped me but he ordered the missing part but I am worry because I didn't ask for a receipt to pick up
