Darin’s customer service was excellent! He made my fiancé and I feel very welcome with it being our first time visiting Hardin Honda. Although our vehicle had very small minor things that could be tweaked, Darin made it a point to not force us to get them done, but rather to notify us and give us price ranges of what it would be if we chose to get them done. I feel very comfortable going back to Hardin Honda thanks to Darin. He did an astounding job!

Satisfaction starts with service relative to the amount you charge. When you charge 2xs to 3xs what the market says the prices should be then there is no satisfaction, just a sense of being abused and taken advantage of. I pulled my car and got it fixed for half what you were charging. I also own a BMW, not cheap to repair, but when the BMW reoair for the same thing is the same as you are charging or less, than there is a problem. Hardin Honda takes advantage of their customers. Not coming back.
