Chris Montag was excellent so this isn’t a complaint about him. The complaint I have is the amount of time it took for express service. It took nearly 2 hours for an oil change which I was not expecting since your website says it takes 60 mimutes or less. It would be considerate to let customers know the amount of time it is taking for service at the time of their arrival so they can determine whether or not to stay or come back another time.

Was told if I came after 5pm to go to the other service area. I arrived at 5:05,went to the other service area snd they told me. to go to the other place. Went back there. Was told to go to the other place. A lot of running around. I also requested a car wash and didn’t receive it.

Byron did a fine job. Please do not hold my feedback against him. However, I still can't accept that a car fewer than two years old already needs such expensive repairs. I realize that is outside your control, and I plan to follow up with Honda, but I can't honestly state that I am "satisfied".
