Steven was very nice and did his job well. My issue has to do with Honda and their lousy brakes. In spite of very low wear on the pads, it still cost me $200+ for a brake job. Steven was very polite in saying that brakes are a wear item and can not be warrantied. A poor policy for people like myself who drive very conservatively with very little hard braking. The rotors suffer from lateral runout which is very well documented and a common problem with various models of Honda and well known with the pilot. Now I’m forced to waste more of my time taking the matter up with Honda.
