I got in at 9:15 for 9:30 appointment. Got out at 11:30 which is not acceptable.
Please stop overbooking appointments. I don’t think I’ll ever come again.

The service itself regarding my recall, I guess was satisfactory.
However each employee seemed like it was their first day. They were not communicative at all.
It would be really useful if you guys walked trough each step with your customers. Instead of assuming we’ve been there and/or had the service done. I had to ask the majority of the questions to get an actual answer.

Always a pleasure working with Alfredo. Wasn't able to finish repairs due to traffic on the freeway to set monitors, but part was replaced quicker than expected.
