The entire experience was great. Quick and efficient. I really like the addition of the ‘greeter/valet/concierge’ person stationed outside. That really helps to make the environment friendlier. Juan was right there with a water bottle for me and full of information. Steven was very friendly and informative. In the waiting area, Steven had to deliver the bad news to a young woman about her tires. He was very compassionate with her. Great job all around.

Nobody there to show me and explain what work was done. There's a piece of carpet missing on the driver's side,probably when they changed the brake fluid which wasn't filled up to where it's supposed to be. The color of the brake fluid was dark brown. Didn't top off fluids (power steering, coolant. They're was nobody there to tell me if they rotated the tires. I'm very disappointed in the explanation of why I needed throttle body cleaning.
