Alfredo was very helpful and his communication was very good. I felt he provided excellent customer service. My concern arose when I overheard another customer service person telling another couple that it would cost $800 to replace their starter, that seemed very high. When received my invoice for replacing my power steering high pressure hose on my 2009 Odyssey, I was shocked to see it cost over $600. I asked how much the labor rate was, $135 per hour. I asked for an explanation of the breakdown and Alfredo instead glanced at the invoice and whisked it away saying he’d correct it. He returned saying the system made a mistake and showing it was $200 lower. The cashier girls had me sign the old and the new and when I asked to see the old they were over cautious to tell me how it was thrown out, and shredded, which they repeated several times. All
