I am on alternate free oil change program. My oil change on June 28, 2018 should have been complimentary or free since i paid for it on August 31, 2017.
Also, the service I had on August 31, 2017 is subpar. The service technician DID NOT rotate the tires or top off all fluids. I asked for the lube, oil and filter change special service.
I have bought 2 honda vehicles here and have been going for oil service for years. This is the first time that I am disappointed with the service.

Darin offered excellent service today especially after a tough morning. My car didn’t start and I love that he wasn’t pushing me to purchase services I didn’t need. No I am completely unsatisfied. I drove my car all day after getting an oil change in the morning, to later find out my car had no oil because the technician forgot to put the oil cap back on. My car had a pile of oil on my drive way and the engine is full of oil . This is completely unacceptable. I will calling the corporation and management first thing Monday morning.
